'The home was nice and cozy. It met all our needs, had a well stocked kitchen, linens and laundry. The rooms and bedding were setup nice and clean. Each room has a portable AC so we had to turn that on once we arrived to let the place cool down and air circulate. The location was about 25 minutes drive from Bar Harbor and usually 20-25 minutes away from our daily activities, but it worked out for us just fine.'

'Such a cute house! Very clean and dog friendly. Very close to downtown Southwest Harbor (very convenient if you’re considering the MDI marathon in the future) and not a far drive to Bar Harbor if you’re interested in that! I had some technical issues with the Vrbo app so had to reach the host via phone. She was extremely responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again.'

'The design and decor of the house were exactly as pictured - an adorable little bungalow that comfortably slept our family of 5. I missed it in the fine print, but other travelers should be aware that there is no A/C upstairs - just in the main room on the first floor. Unfortunately, in mid-July, it was extremely hot upstairs, but our kids did fine with it. We were comfortable on the first floor.'
