« Apartment was very clean. Decorated with wood furniture - (wish there were coasters). Comfortable. Interior was being updated. Said hot tub in description, but the lower level did not have. Exterior needs some work, but great location (30 min. to Niagara Falls, 45 min. to Lockport). Walking to a nice coffee shop. Not too far from a business district with lots of places to eat. Plenty of street parking. »

« Nick was very responsive and accommodating. Helped us learn streaming apps on TV which wasn’t intuitive to “our generation”. This is a great location. We previously lived on this street so we know how great it is to be in the heart of Elmwood Village! »

« Nice place on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and parks. The house is spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen and a proper shower (not the hazardous stand-alone tub with the 360 degree curtain common to this area) and the host was wonderful. We were in Buffalo during a pretty hot stretch for that time of year but the a/c kept the space cool and comfortable. This will definitely be my go-to place for future visits to Buffalo! »

« Place was mostly as described on website. Location is not great, but once inside the apt you kind of forget. The big challenge for family or group consisting of mor than 5 members is the fact that apt only has one bathroom. Other than that I recommend this affordable apartment. »

« Great location! Clean and modern. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Technically a 2 bedroom and third bedroom is the living room which didn’t work for our 3 couples. Site was misleading to me but was explained on the site as such. I would still highly recommend. »

« My daughter and I came to visit family we hadn’t seen in a long time. The place was easy to find and was in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and the people we came to visit. It was immaculate and decorated tastefully. We would definitely stay there again. »

« 1) Checked in and apartment seemed damp and musty. Turned thermostat down from 74 to 71 and that helped. 2) Bathroom door is a thin plastic material that folds. Didn't provide much privacy sound wise. 3) Bathroom vent let out into the kitchen which is not good for odors or moisture. If these 3 things were fixed, I would give it a better rating. »
