'The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on.'

'Staff was great...I would have preferred a suite that was not handicap modified, we did not need that and the shower gets water all over the floor. For what you pat, breakfast was acceptable but over 4 days a bit repetitive. Nice courtyard in front, lots of public space. Boxed wine in snack center for purchase was yuk!'

'Cute and cozy little place on the west side of Syracuse. Tastefully updated, clean and modern. Very convenient to everything on the west side of the city. The owners are charming and very helpful. Definitely recommended.'
