'I really wanted to like this boutique hotel—the decor was stylish, the room had a great vibe, and the location was convenient. On the surface, it checks a lot of boxes. However, the “contactless reception” model ended up being a major drawback. There was effectively no staff available at any point during our stay. 'Bathroom had zero privacy. I suggested they replace the sliding barn doors with something that closes completely and locks. Also, a fan in the bathroom would be nice.'
