'Perfect appartment with all facilities you need. Serviced daily and one big clean up and service weekly. Espresso machine with cups, huge kingsize bed, 2 tvs, sofa, desk, huge bathroom, dryer, washer, dishwasher, all included. Also the pool is great, bit cold but perfect on hot days. The bubblebath is hot but has like detergent in it. Gym is fantastic and sauna a great place to relax. The supermarket is just around the corner as is a small shopping mall and the North Sydney train station and...

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.'

'Was told the room would get a “light” service on Sunday morning but when I asked housekeeping for towels she told me we don’t get any service on Sundays. I just went ahead and swapped towels and made my own bed!'

'Receptionist was pleasant upon check-in.Bedroom was clean, pillows very thin. Bathroom completely unacceptable. Black mould around cornice and frame of window, toilet pedestal completely cracked in half across the bottom, towel hook snapped off from back of door and worst of all, hair in shower grate. These issues could be fixed with some old fashioned “elbow grease” and a trip to a hardware store. Lots of highway noise and the constant cutting in and out of the aircon unit below our room made...
