Room was fine and sound proof from the busy street. The aircon needs some work, apparently it hadnt been working for a few days and when it got fixed the room was still warm, made for an uncomfortable sleep. The vent in the bathroom was dusty and the idea of a open shower isnt the best as the bathroom somewhat floods so you go through alot of towels. The room is painted black and not much lighting so tricky to see and put on make up. The convience of the train station being a couple of minutes away, coles and aldi being down the road and options for coffee were great. Would be nice if both bedsides would have a bedside table since using a chair shouldnt be needed when using a hotel room. Unsure why $300 was needed for a hold when there was nothing in the mini bar and you had to order, seemed odd. The washing machines could do with a clean they were dirty in the seals, operating them was easy enough though.
