'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'Wonderful place and great location! Well appointed and very comfy bed. Check in process was less than desirable, but accurate in the description. We were not able to reach the property manager to let us in so we had to park at the gate (not really any other parking close) and walk/run to the condo (since we were parked at the gate) to get the fob. This was stated in the description as a possibility, but still not an amazing experience. Everything else was completely amazing though!'
