Chalets in North Shore

'Management was available to help us locating the unit after a prolonged travel day (it was late at night). The unit was just as described. One pool was just a few steps away from the building. The golf course was behind the unit and had a nice walking path. It was a great location and allowed for us to explore the North Shore. Would recommend booking with Helena and her team!!'

'Host is very responsive! Everything was great! Access to the beach at the St. Regis was a bonus. The Nortj Shore was amazing! Loved all the beach chairs, camp chairs and snorkeling gear. '

'The check-in instructions were to retrieve the key from the lock box. However, there was no key in the box and the door was locked. We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her. After over an hour waiting outside in the dark with all of our luggage, the next door neighbor said we could go through their unit and try the lanai door on our unit, which mercifully...

'The room was clean. The W/D were OUTSIDE… not listed… the door to the outside did not lock…. So the property was NOT secure. Three roaches were on the counter next to the MW… bad place.. stay at your peril.'

'Condo was older and could use some repairs and a deep cleaning throughout (i.e. broken window shutter, old paint, noisy bathroom fan). Communication with host leading up to the rental was sporadic, but was very kind, helpful, and friendly in person. '

'The sliding doors are terrible. Won’t stay on track. The one in bedroom won’t open. The patio is small. The light above the stove did not work. The unit is spacious and it’s nice to have two bathrooms. A larger on wall tv would be better. Also the bbq is at the pool and requires charcoal. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan in bedroom. Nice to have washer and dryer. Communication was good. Unit is near entrance. '
