'The ADA room I booked was easy to access. The overall condition was good, but the floors in my room were filthy. They must have missed mopping it. I wore my slippers around the room. I booked a 5 night stay. They serviced my room after 2 days (I had posted the do not disturb on those days). When I returned, the bed was made, trash out, and dirty towels removed. 'Was caught off guard to find out that my room had access to the room next over and they had access to my room as well. Had to lock that door of course, I understand that there were no more rooms available for me to be switched but but I think that detail should have been communicated at the time of checking in, to avoid any confusion or discomfort. For the $200 deposit fee they charge the amenities are a bit questionable (at least when it comes to soap, conditioner, and body wash). And the sink...

'We arrived at 1 -am to hotel . Our room had bird type feathers and in the bed there was buggers and blood on the sheets . The room had a bad smell . Asked to be changed rooms and request was denied the front desk said they would clean the room . We did get new bedding but they never vacuumed the room . So tired we just slept a few hours and left . One of the worst nights ever . Check your bedding upon arrival is my only advice.'

'It’s close to the university. The place is clean. Breakfast was OK. You need to know they charge extra for parking. Not in the best neighborhood, but they made me feel very safe and protected.'

'Traveled with two kids. Second time staying at this hotel and we liked it both times! Comfortable, quiet and had all we needed. Very clean and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was great. Will stay here anytime we pass through SAC.'
