Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever...

'We had a really disappointing experience with Powhatan Motel. After driving 16 hours on a long road trip, we arrived around 3am expecting to check in, since the motel clearly advertises a 24-hour front desk and check-in availability after 4pm. Unfortunately, that was not the case. There was no one available at the front desk, no way to check in, and no communication whatsoever from the property.
