'I don't know if this place will be for everyone as the furnishings and amenities are quite minimal and it's hard to find if you arrive in Sagada by car...but once you settle in it can be quite soothing. It's a ways from the main road in its own neighborhood and it was quite peaceful sitting on the terrace in the morning or evening and listening to dogs, roosters and neighbors chatting. 'No one assists us on the property which is understandable because it was holy week. We also thought that its not safe because no caretaker on the property but overall it was a good stay. It is near the highway and convenient to all resto and store.'

'I wont recommend this place,So dirty.I need to wait first before check in though I arrive at 4PM.The room was available but the bed sheet has'nt change yet.They did not clean the room.Just bed sheet change,no cleaning.Garbage basket so dirty,eeewww!!No plastic garbage available when I asked..I think the owner don't care with their customer..No privacy even you have your own room..So noisy!Not worth for money!'
