« Quaint little boutique hotel in downtown Knoxville. The Oliver restaurant was an amazing find, too. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the lack of free and available parking around the hotel. The best option for self park was around the corner on the opposite side of the block. »

« Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy »

« Was very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep. »

« Non smoker rooms still smelling like cigarettes. Doesn't look clean and pest control came in on the 2nd day. Avoid if possible »
