« I liked everything about the hotel, except for a couple of breakfast items. The bacon and the omelettes were tasty and there was a variety of breakfast choices. My only complaint was the sausage gravy was awful and the biscuits and gravy should not be served to guests, unless the quality is significantly improved. Also, there were no hash browns or potatoes offered at breakfast. »

« Some of the front desk staff are rude and not customer friendly which is rare to find in Carmel. We’ll give it one more chance. We like where the property is located but the hotel management should have a better costumer service traing program. »

« The toilet plugged a few times – they could not get us a plunger – we had to wait quite a while for maintenance to come – the toilet plugged again immediately after maintenance left– pretty annoying… »
