'For a lower budget hotel (we just needed somewhere to sleep as we checked in after 11 and checked out at 6:30) I appreciated that they are making updates and rooms while bare boned were very clean. However the overhead light in our room did not work (the lights by the bed did) and the bathroom having an auto fan was super loud. Also our toilet paper roll holder was loose and not attached properly to the wall. However absolutely a good stay for the price point and clean.'

'While this hotel has great breakfast, there were so many problems. -Elevator was broken all 4 days. -Ice machine broken except on top floor ( but no elevator) all 4 days -Guest laundry on 1st floor broken dryer. -All bathroom fans turned off at property (if you hand wash clothes they never dry), -Housekeeping service never offered or explained if it is limited. This is a one-star hotel.'

'The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.'
