'It was my second stay at Azzura Greens resort and i came back because i had such a good experience the first time. Easy parking, clean rooms, very quiet & each room had its own en-suite bathroom. Check in was fine but as experienced the last time… the receptionist tends to walk away from the front desk for other chores which means you have to wait for too long to get attention '

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
