B&B in North Georgia Mountains

'Very quaint location and ideal getaway. The unit was clean and modern but full of charm. '

'Not a cabin at all. Just a house that was chopped up and turned into a motel. Stayed at nicer 100 Holiday Inns.'

'We stayed at the cottage for one night. It was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. The shower was nice! Paul made a wonderful breakfast and told us the cool history of the house. We’d stay again!'

'Although we had a prepaid confirmed reservation, no A/C was on upon our arrival. The outside temp was around 90 degrees so the room was quite warm. Since the A/C unit was near the 12ft ceiling level and given that heat rises and the unit had to work hard to cool the room, it did not reach a comfortable overall room temp until approximately 1 am, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Admittedly, I probably did not do my homework prior to booking the Magnolia room in order to realize that it...

'The Sage Cottage was so charming! The owner was very welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of! The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was plated for us and ready to eat when we came downstairs. It was a tasty traditional breakfast! I would stay here again!'

'It's a very well maintained property, very clean and neat. Amenities (breakfast, snacks, soda, water, beer, wine) are great and staff extremely nice (and available). Room (Ivey) was just what we needed, retro decoration, nice bed, large bathroom. Location is great (S. Milledge). Close to University (walkable), can walk to several restaurants and close to sororities/fraternities, but not within hearing distance. Would highly recommend for an upper scale visit to Athens or UGA'

'Beautiful property in the mountains! Tim, the innkeeper, was amazing. Would visit again!'
