'Staff on training gave me wrong key card to a room that was already occupied. Waited a long time to check in, new staff got off phone and told me to wait as she's finishing up a resume. Another staff also have no customer service skills. He speaks and looks like he dont want to deal with people. '

'Our room was nice and the hotel was clean with the exception of a sticky desktop in the room as well as the front desk counter. We were disappointed that the pool is out of service. Breakfast was better than most self service ones that we’ve had. Gabriella at the front desk was excellent. She was friendly and helpful. '
