'We did not have hot water for two days and staff at first acted confounded when later maintenance admitted the entire second floor was out. The pool area is loud because everything echoes off the U shape of the building. Lots of kids which made it worse and they never left the hot tub area for hours. The new rehab is just lipstick on an old Best Western. So overpriced and molding up already.'

'I was incredibly disappointed in the conditions of the hotel. It is very very ran down. The bug situation is insane. It’s common sense there would be bugs by a lake but wow. Can’t even open your sliding door to the patio or you’ll be swatting mosquitos and whatever else was flying around that they claimed weren’t mosquitos. However, my daughter and I woke up with several bites. Management was great. They understood and allowed us to check out and obtain a refund. '

'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'The Hotel is fine but the add on fees are rediculous. Im sick of the high add on fees at a lot of properties these days. In addition, its annoying that you cant self park. You have to pay for and tip for valet parking. They dont give you any other option, but the parking ui all literally within 50 yards of the valet stand.
