'Overall experience was great. It took a very long time to check in even with placing prior arrangements. Prices for water, snacks was outrageous! Went to the lounge there at the resort and paid 43.00 for 2 adult beverages, that is just rediculous. Putting a hold of 150.00 per night on a credit card for "incidentals" wow!! I understand its a resort but it was halloween not the 4th of july.'

'I stayed for one day which happened to be my birthday. I was able to checkin early which was a big help. I was gifted with a Happy Birthday sign and a Sparkling Cider Bottle to celebrate my day. For a Hotel is pretty good. All the staff was pleasant and helpful with finding places to eat and places to shop. I had stayed here before years ago under different management. And even they were amazing. I got the Standard Suite, with a King Size bed, a sofa in another room, fridge and microwave. Table...

'The location is convenient. I was in a room with a view of the beach and a balcony. The rooms however are older and could definitely use some remodeling. I only stayed one night but can’t say I would be back if I had to stay longer. The staff was friendly.'

'The property was nice, right on the beach. There was some construction going on during my visit. Staff was helpful. Only things I saw that could be helpful is that they have ice machines available on the odd floors but no ice bucket in the room. Also a map or rundown of where the fitness room is the hot tub and how to access to use them would be nice. There is a QR code in the room you can scan to pull this information up I guess but every time I clicked on the links would come up not available...

'The staff was very unhelpful. Never had anything available at the front desk. Have to wait for housekeeping to bring something and then they don’t get that correct. No late checkout, not even 10 or 15 minutes housekeeping knocks on your door even with a do not disturb sign on the door! No hair dryer one roll of toilet paper. Very lackluster. Mostly all the restaurants near the hotel were closed. And what was open was horrific ! Was scammed by custom prints across the street. No response from an...

'The view was as it said, beach facing, however had some problems with the room itself. 1st the bathroom didnt work properly. Using the restroom upon arrival it was clogged and and took forever to refill. The shower when turned on rattled very loudly. The room had a microwave that didnt work and there was a odd smell. Could use an upgrade.'
