'This hotel is great! Rooms are clean, towels are big & the heat works well. Everyone is very nice, helpful & professional. The free breakfast is delicious. There is always coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, cookies & water available in the lobby. There is a small store for snacks & souvenirs. The parking lot was cleared of snow as needed. 'The room was beautiful. We stayed in the main hotel this time and last time in the condos. We got to see deer right outside our room on the balcony. My favorite part continues to be the immaculate rooms and the hot tobs and steam room/sauna. I love this place. Trip 3 coming soon!'

'Heel mooi hotel, en als je het sofa bed niet nodig hebt, prima! Maar de bedbank is echt het slechtste bed ooit. Daar is niet op te slapen. Bij ons waren ook de dekens voor de slaapbank niet aanwezig. De receptie zou tot 9 uur open zijn, maar daar was om 8.45 al niemand meer. Door te bellen kregen we een antwoord service die melde dat dit geen noodgeval was dus dat ze niets konden doen. Uiteindelijk is toch iemand nog dekens komen brengen, dus dat was wel fijn. 'Everything was top notch! The complimentary breakfast was the best as we have ever had at a hotel. The front desk was so helpful and courteous. Our shuttle driver to the airport was exceptional. The employees were very attentive to any requests we had and the holiday decorations were nice! We stayed 3 nights and will definitely stay there again in the future!'

'there for one night with our dog, no complaints, except, but all the hotels are the same these days so this applies to them all, the ability to make a decent cup of coffee in your room as we are very very early risers would be appreciated. we will stay here again - as nice BW.
