'Great temps at front desk'

'When we checked in we were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were being updated. That was thee primary reason for chosing this location. The clerk asked me right away if Expedia or the hotel had contacted us about the pool but neither company had. Had our granddaughter akong with us and like I said we were very disappointed. The room was good and the rest of the amenities were ok.'

'Sadly, we had some issues with our stay. The room was very nice, but the staff was often not available at the front desk and lots of facilities were not available. The pool was being renovated. The fitness room was very limited (only 2 machines). The laundry services had been broken for multiple weeks and had not been fixed. Additionally, the surrounding area was not nice. Many stray dogs and closed stores. One thing which was very good was the buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and very tasty. It...

'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '
