'What a nice stay in downtown Missoula. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. Parking was valet or street parking which was easy to find. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was great. '

'We booked a room for 2, including breakfast. So we expected a fully covered breakfast and not a coupon for 20 dollar per room (2 persons). This did not cover a normal breakfast, the minimum price was 25 - 30 dollar for 2 persons. We complained about this and after some discussions we got a 30 dollar coupon. A bad experience. '
