'The young woman that was working at the front desk the night we checked in was excellent. Friendly and good at her job. We got to our room and there weren't any pillows on the bed. I went back to the office and this same woman apologized and got us some pillows. The room wasn't dirty but there were some spots that could have been cleaned better. 'The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this property because it was the only traditional hotel within walking distance of an event we were attending (Franklin Blues and BBQ Festival) so the rates were probably higher than normal. Our biggest complaint was the free hot breakfast. All 3 mornings were the same. Tasteless sausage patties and scrambled eggs. A handful of high carb offerings. Weak coffee and rock hard butter. The problem with Franklin is there are no restaurants "downtown"...

'My fiance and I stayed here for the night because we had a wedding to go to and I want to say this was the best place we have stayed. Staff were nice and I loved the lady that got the breakfast set up. She was bubbly and very nice. She played some music and singing. Very delightful!'
