« I spent a week at this apartment and, while it may not be for everyone, it could be a solid option if you're looking for a cost-effective, clean place to stay with responsive ownership.Pros:Excellent Host Communication: I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and the host responded promptly. It turned out to be a provider issue, but I appreciated the quick follow-up. Later, the A/C went out, and they had it working again right away. « Larry was a wonderful attentive host. Quick clear communication. Wonderful place to bring your fur family members. Nice trails for them to burn off some pent up travel energy. Great hiking nearby and plenty of small town charm in the area as well to explore. Or just be intown for a college visit or two…. ;) »

« Awesome clean and well stocked place to stay when visiting Erie, only downside is that it seems the place is right on the line between a rough neighborhood and nice area. Had a few people walking the street during the day/night yelling or having some type of episode. But other than that it was perfect! »

« The "apartment" is really the top two floors of a split-level home. Very large, clean rooms. The updated kitchen has more than I needed to prepare meals before heading out on the wine trail which is right outside your door. The house is surrounded by vineyards and is very peaceful. Xinni was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. »

« This apartment was so easy to locate, check in and was absolutely beautiful and cozy. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. And we where close to presque isle, the erie mall, and the zoo. We had an amazing stay and will come back every year! »

« Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room...

« Nicely done and up to date Only Complaint was that the shower head was too close to the wall and you had to huddle right under it. »
