'Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. My name is Ms. Redmond 219 293 9601 . I have stayed at this property quite a few times, but I will not return'

'The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bed had 4 pillows, they were small and flat. Together, 2 pillows made 1 standard pillow. The refrigerator worked well and had a separate freezer. The TV offered Google Cast which I was never able to use. I went through the entire set up process several times but still no results. I have a Fire TV stick that I normally use but the TV did not have an Input function to switch inputs and if I used the USB port used by the cable TV, it still wanted...

'We chose this hotel to stay in because of the close proximity to the hospital and the indoor pool.. Unfortunately,the pool motor had been struck by lightning and was out of service during our stay,I understand that it was out of the properties control...The staff was great,the room clean,but I'm so disappointed that no compensation was offered for the main amenity being down..'
