'This is a new property so it's very clean still. However the young lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. 'Nice facility, well maintained, great breakfast, close to restaurants and shopping. Only issue was semi truck outside ran all night long making it difficult to sleep. This needs to be addressed.'

'If this place offers breakfast, why were other guests hanging out and cooking breakfast outside my window? This place has the worst breakfast I’ve seen, dollar store pastries and not much else. The refrigerator door sticks open where the yogurts are kept and they were all spoiled. What you’d expect otherwise.'

'When we arrived we had someone in our room that was not supposed to be there. They had smoked weed. Someone from the hotel had allowed this person with a jar of weed into the room. Really a disappointment.'

'Great resort, we did horse back riding directly at the property, and enjoyed nearby activities like gold mine, Dahlonega and Amicalola falls. We had a Hill view room and there was also a shared living room and a patio. We had smores next to the building. Free Breakfast was great as well.'

'Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

'Front desk guy was teally nice and deserves a good review. Buy that is the only thing good about the hotel. Room is dirty, full of dead insects. Bedsheets look 50 years old. Stinks indian food to the point that the odor will stick to your clothes. Never going back. Unfortunately indian businesses are always discussing.'

'OK for one night. Large room and close to the Chikamauga battlefield. Good also for visiting Lookout Mountain. Hotel is a bit older,but room was clean. Breakfast was rather poor.'

'Most importantly, we found FLEAS as we were packing our car! Room smelled like pot as soon as we opened the door. Bathroom floor was dirty and there were stains on the chair that we didn’t see until the next morning. Not worth the price in any way, shape, or form.'
