'We broke down so we couldn't make it to the hotel in time to check in when you finally didn't make it there it was like 3 or 4:00 in the morning and by 6:00 they were banging on the door at 7:00 they were big in the door at 8:00 they were banging on the door and that 9:00 they were banging on the door so he really did not enjoy this day these people at this property were very bad and I am trying to figure out how to get my money back really worst place to stay at do not stay here'

'I’ve stayed at these properties before and they have never compared to this location. The hotel is under renovation, so there was dust and paint chips and holes in the wall. I understand renovation but I don’t understand why cleanliness is not being practiced. My shower had hair on the wall and in the tub. There was was I think was makeup smudges on the pillow case, the towels had some stains on them still, the walls had some mysterious smudge/smear. The other room we rented had a giant dead...

'No. And staff was rude and ignored me and other customers. Room was dirty and dusty and smelled like poop. Restroom was way worse and dirty.'

'Human diarrhea splattered upon the sides of the building and ground in several places. Roach and Waterbug infestation. Stray cats. Abandoned vehicle(s). Various sightings and odors of eliminated waste from humans, animals and insects. Rude staff. Nonworking doorlocks and appliances. Extremely difficult checkin/checkout processing.'
