'The photos online were a compilation of multiple units, not of just the one you're getting. So you don't quite know what the layout is that you're getting until arrival. It was a lovely place to stay with a stocked kitchen, coffee and tea with the necessary filters were provided for. The wood burning stove was a fun treat. '

'Beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and so convenient to walk around Grand Marais. The family loved the hot chocolate and coffee bar in the lobby, and the deep-seated soaking tub in the bathroom. The staff was very nice and welcoming; we'd love to come back!'

'We felt saying “walk to beach” was deceptive as the property although near the lake, does not have access to the lake. The outside patio and condition of the home is in need of quite a lot of work. Inside is nice and clean but if you want to sit outside it’s overgrown and dirty with containers full of soggy paper and wood smelling. '
