'Clean room helpful and pleasant staff'

'We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. '

'Friendly staff, very clean, pride is obviously taken in this location. Stayed closer to work during this recent Winter Weather. All the amenities you need are right around this location. Floors and walls were quiet, I didn't notice any sound as I slept. Hot water was not the thousand degree level I prefer, lol, but not many places are. I will stay here again, should the same situation arise.'

'Room renovations or repairs were apparently in work. Unpainted patches and wall repairs were evident. Carpet needed restoration; strong odor of odor counteractant and occasional strong whiff of maybe urine. Breakfast was very good. Check-out was efficient. Selection of facility was based on an 8.4 rating. Our room was well below 8. '

'Great if you're looking for a hotel while on business. The only thing that drags it down is, nothing to do in JC. Otherwise, I'd go here again. Plenty of spots to eat in walking distance though. '

'Everything was stellar! Not only did they have a delicious hot breakfast, but the following: A bag for dirty / wet clothes. The hot tub area was clean and provided clean plentiful towels, in addition to the ones in the hotel. They have food in the lobby, so you do not have to run out to eat. 'Could use rubber mat in the tub— slippery when wet'

'It was however it blew cold air everytime it kicked on during the night until it warmed up. There was good customer service except that we were not told that our breakfast tickets were inside the envelope that held thecroom keys.'
