'Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !) This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on. Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and...

'staff was great'

'The front desk staff was friendly and the pool was clean and nice to use. Our room, 212, did not blow out cold, or even cool air, and the refrigerator barely got cool at all. We stayed 2 nights and told the front desk on the first night about not having air conditioning. All he said was that he would tell maintenance about it on Monday. The beds were on uncomfortable metal frames that made a lot of noise and the pillows were tiny and flat. The only thing decent about breakfast was the biscuits...

'We stay here frequently and have never had any complaint's until this recent stay. Our biggest issue was that the heat/air unit in our room was not working. And the breakfast is usually pretty good, only this time the food was all cold. Other than that, the staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. '
