'Very clean property and had great breakfast and front desk staff. All in all a 5 out of 5 in my opinion.'

'Dit heeft niets met Hard Rock te maken, behalve dan dat er een gitaar voor de deur staat. Vooral casino, geen hardrock food en 1 fastfoodafhaal open van 6 restaurants. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel, zeker in de rockshop. Niet meer voor ons.'

'I didn’t like the fact that our room wasn’t ready what that was fine. They said they would pay us when it was. We went to eat never paged us. We were in there for 3045 minutes, never paged us so I go back to the desk where the room is ready, but now there’s a bus full of people checking in, and I have to get back in a line and stand for another hour. Then there was ladies at the pool that didn’t even get a wristband to go swim because the lady at the desk didn’t tell him and give it to him so...

'Overall, the facility was well kept. The shower was aggravating, as the shower curtain was too short and continuously was blown outside the tub by the extremely strong delivery shower head. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so there was excessive condensation. Breakfast was generally good, except for the coffee, which on my last morning of a four night stay, was late in arrival and poorly prepared.'
