'Wonderful stay at the Pullman in Hai Phong Tho was the lobby / concergie staff and she was delightful and very kind. Definitely would stay again. The amenities are great and so are the cleaning staff!'

'I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The place was clean, cozy, and well-located. Check-in was easy and everything was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.'

'Sehr herzliches, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Man konnte hier sowohl von der Karte bestellen, als auch sich am Buffet bedienen. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und gut ausgestattet. Der Rooftop Pool war ein Highlight besonders Abends über den Dächern von Hanoi.'

'Decent hotel, but very chinese oriented. A bit away from the centre. Superb service from Tina at the restaurant, also with very good food. Rooms well mainained and felt homely'

'The hotel is clean, offers a wonderful view, and the staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is large and excellent. There is a park right in front where you can take a walk. However, the refrigerator doesn't work well, and the towels have a slight smell of sweat.'

'Everything was good. The pool was a bit small as we expected it to be bigger. Very kind staff and helping out whenever required.'
