« We booked a room with one king bed. We were given a room with 2 queen beds, when I told the desk person he had to call the manager stating there were none available. Then we were given a room with one king bed that looked like some had used the bed and just made the top to look good. There were dirty linen carts in the hallway when we arrived and were still in the same spot when we checked out.
