'Communication though Expedia app was easy and thorough. We were only there overnight for a concert and the weather was terrible so we never saw any staff but the room was great. Very cute property and room. The room was clean, beds were comfy & space was large. We would absolutely stay there again if we’re ever in Lincoln!'

'Breakfast was typical. Biscuits & Gravy, no eggs or meat. Cereals, frozen pastries, yogurt, waffles, etc. Nothing wowza. Room was clean, had all the amenities. Faucet fixtures in bath/shower need worked on. Loose & aged. Staff was pleasant when i checked in/out. '

'The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and...

'Great location for ease of traveling to campus. Perfect spot for my son to recover from knee surgery but still be able to attend classes. Clean and very comfortable. Just as described!'

'A little outdated, the hot tub in the room totally needs replaced. There were some people down at the other end of the building that made me uncomfortable. There were no blinds on the windows, so no way to get or move around in the room without feeling like someone was going to peek in at you.'
