'Our stay at this hotel was by far one of the lowest I have ever rated. We waited over 10 minutes to be checked in, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because there was still other peoples hair on the walls as well as the towels that also had particles of God knows what and also hair stuck on the towels which was absolutely disgusting. Housekeeping only came by once to take one of the towels, not even bothered to replace anything or add a new roll of toilet paper which was very unprofessional...

'Room was big and very comfortable. Everything was super clean. Staff was mostly friendly. Parking was free and very close to the property entrance. Fridge was very cold and the AC rocked!'

'This is a very well kept property, clean grounds and clear rooms with nice beds. Only problem was Expedia has the check out before noon, but the owner said I was making that up, so we had to pull up the Expedia site and sure enough check in at 2pm check out before noon'

'I gave it only a 3 because the elevator was broken, I had to go up 3 flights of step on my crutches and my husband had to make 2 trips to the car and carry our luggage up 3 flights. Mind you we are not young in our late 70's! Also, the room was freezing because we had no heat in our room and it was 60 degrees outside! TV didn't work and my husband had to hook up the wires to get it to work. That said, the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. PS: They had the elevator company working...
