'No elevator, mud filled hallways and stairway, postage stamp sized bathroom, uncomfortable and noisy bed, broken furniture in my room, vinyl plank flooring and IKEA furniture. Breakfast was sparse, no fresh fruit and terrible coffee. Paid over $250 for a very disappointing stay. Recommend a hard pass on this one.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Prince Albert hotel! The staff were exceptional from start to finish. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The security staff were also wonderful and made us feel safe and comfortable during our stay. A special thank you to Randy, who worked in the hotel restaurant where we had breakfast.
