La Quinta Inn & Suites-accommodaties in Noord-Illinois

'It was all around horrible. We did not even stay for the night. We ate the money & found a better hotel. It was so gross. Stained comforters, carpet was nasty in the rooms and hallways. Pool was atrocious. Not to mention the smell of pot everywhere. Not somewhere I want my family to stay. Will never stay at a La Quinta again. '

'Within the first five minutes of entering our room we noticed dried blood on the wall, greasy handprints all over the mirror and then when our dog found a random sock that did not belong to us and had it in her mouth- we asked for a different room, which was better but there was hair on the pillows and pee/some other type of stain on the bed sheets…our dog brought us a hair tie, plastic she found on the floor, and pistachio shells (not ours) she was chewing on. Visible dust everywhere. I hate...

'The hotel had no airport shuttle and our flight arrived late. We had no success connecting with the front desk using the number given by Expedia, but a local provided a number for the hotel which worked. The desk clerk had to drive over to get us because two cabs failed to show up. The front desk clerk saved us. The room was never cleaned, but the maid left fresh towels. Breakfast was OK but the hours stayed the same even on Sunday…6-9.'
