When I arrived around 1 PM, I asked about the possibility of early check-in. I was told early check-in was not available, but the front desk kindly gave me my room key so I could go directly to the room later that evening after the tournament, which I appreciated. Before leaving for the tournament, we briefly went upstairs and noticed...

'the only elevator working was loud and scary with a total of a 4 person capacity. being on the 6th floow was not fun when needing to go down. especially if multitple people are waiting for the elevator. the water of the pool was not clear and was questionable. the room was dusty and not very clean.'
