Het huis bevindt zich op een groot stuk grond en kan in de warme zomermaanden goed koel worden gehouden. Prachtig uitzicht op de weiden. Fijne locatie dicht bij rustige wandelwegen langs de velden en dicht bij het bos Forêt d'Ecouves. Een aanrader voor koppels of gezinnen met kleine kinderen.'

'The property was lovely and comfortable with good sound proofing as it was on the main route through the town. Essential amenities were on the doorstep but there were a number of houses and business premises ‘for sale’ indicative of a declining community. This said, it was a good holiday with friendly locals and a good base for exploring the Orne/La Perche region.'

'Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis au Pressoir du château. Le site est superbe, le jardin offre une vue exceptionnelle sur les alentours. La maison est confortable et parfaitement agencée pour accueillir un groupe de 10 personnes. Nous envisageons de revenir.'

'The house is big and sprawling, with beautiful generous bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely comfortable beds and a cozy updated kitchen. I definitely could have used instructions on how to use an induction stove and a convection oven, and the clothes dryer. Having those instructions in English would have been a bonus!
