« We had a room on the ground floor close to the gym, it was a little noisy cause we could hear the tv blasting and the machines working. The hotel is clean, rooms comfy and spacious. The breakfast is ok. The staff is however soooo friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Fandhy who checked us in last night, she was super kind and gracious. Lovely lady at the breakfast also helped me to get the pancakes maker working and brought me more hot water for my tea. These people really made our stay...

« Very clean and spacious layout despite the smaller square footage. Had everything you might need. We will definitely book this location again when we’re in Venice.If I had to think of anything to improve it even more it would be to extend the check out time to 11:00 a clean or paint the front door for the first impression. The inside of the house was very clean, organized and well decorated. »

The unit was great for me and my husband and our 3 kids ages 15-26. Staff was very quick to respond to any request. Can’t wait to visit again! »
