'My husband and I and our 3 teenage daughters stayed here for 3 nights. We were looking for something relaxing for the parents with some fun for the kids. This property couldnt have been more perfect! Everyone had their own space including bathrooms ( major plus with teenage girls). 'Great little addition off the main house. The back shared area was a nice place to sit out and watch the stars. The hot tub looked like it would have been nice if it hadn't been 80 degrees at midnight. It was quick and easy to get downtown.Host was great and quick to communicate.'

'Lawn and interior and appliances were spotless. Furniture very comfortable. Fantastic view of city both from inside and front comfortable porch chairs (including evening lights). Nice Kuerig coffee machine. TV's in every room. Very comfortable beds with lots of drawer space. Nice covered carport in rear, including space for extra car or two. Coded locks for easy access. '

'Check in was simple, the kitchen was full of items for use, the bathroom was clean, the beds were clean. We did not spend a ton of time at the house but it was clean and comfortable. For my first VRBO rental, it was pleasant! '

'Everything about this home was top of the line from the appliances to the linens. There were four of us coworkers in town for a conference and there was plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay and the location is close to everything we needed. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.'

'Our family adored this charming and well loved property on the Spokane River for my daughter’s college graduation. Although small in appearance from the outside, this home utilized both indoor and outdoor space brilliantly. The sunken living room was cozy and afforded many conversation areas for our family. "Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. "

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
