'The place is difficult to find, after booking they should send an email with a map to get there. The room is basic but clean. Good size room and bathroom. There is a fan but not a/c and during the night it is quite hot. Only cold water. There is a mosquito net but it is too short so mosquitoes get in the sleeping area. Basic breakfast with bread, jam, bananas and tea. They could provide sri Lankan breakfast if requested. It is possible to use a sort of sun bed provided at the first...

'This is a lovely resort, and we had a wonderful stay. The beach is quite and the hotel is very relaxing and low key. The kitchen staff was accommodating as we are vegetarians.
The hotel needs some maintenance- the paint was peeling and the furniture looks old and worn out. '

'It was a lovely place with very nice hosts and a nice clean room with a comfy bed. It is close to the beach and is located in the city, but away from the noisy road. The welcome drink is delicious, as well as the food they serve ☺️'

'Lovely boutique hotel around 15 minutes drive from Hiriketiya. Staff were really friendly, the room was clean and practical (although we would appreciate more storage space). Very quiet away from the main road so you won’t hear cars beeping'

'Clean and comfortable room, great location, beautiful garden, but the highlight was the wonderful family and food.
It felt like being invited into a family while they provided 5 star hotel service but at a cheap price. Room service, laundry service, and anything else you could dream of. Extremely knowledgeable about what to experience in the country and where the get the best prices.
I had 5 great days. The family is very helpful and always ready for a chat.
Would say that this is the best...
