We had chosen this hotel because of the great reviews and seemingly good services they comment on their own website. However, after a 4h drive we arrived at the hotel and we checked in. We were hungry so went to the restaurant, where they immediately came to pick up our order. So far so good. After taking our order it took 1h15 min to bring the food, after servicing 3 other tables that arrived after us. First the waiter blamed it on the kitchen, afterwards he said he forgot.
By the way, while we were eating, we saw a cat crawling on dirty tables and licking dishes (that were standing there more than 30min before a waiter cleaned them up). After talking to reception, they mentioned they would try to find an adequate solution. However, we never got that far. When we came to our room, we found snot in the bed, beard hairs and a long head hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere. On top of that there is mold in the shower. When we complained, they just came to change the bed sheet, and claimed room was clean. All the hairs and dust were still there. To make matters even worse, the toilet doesnt flush appropriately and the rain shower doesnt work...
When asking for a refund, they didn't want to go for it. Expedia intervened and at least could give us one of the 2 booked nights back. Currently we are awaiting formal feedback from hotel management.
We prefer to stay in the airport all night than spend another hour here.
Stay away!
