'The rooms look very nice and great design. That is the good part. But the rooms lack sound proof, it can be are very noisy with doors closing and other guests in next rooms. Further after check out I needed to get something from my case and called three times the reception at 11:45, no answer. I hurried back to the hotel and was there at 11:50 but it was already closed. No idea when it will be open again but this is terrible service provided. Last time I stayed here.'

'The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. To have rooms only accessible by stairs and not offer assistance with luggage to the elevator is ridiculous. I left a bag of take out I had put in the hallway for trash and it sat there outside...

'We were given an economy twin room with shared bathroom when I booked a comfort twin room, at no point did I see in the booking that this option had a shared bathroom. I have never and would never book a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom door did not fully close and could only be locked with a hook on the door The room did not seem electrically safe and needed work on the walls as they were being held up with tape. We left after one night as to be honest neither the building or the room...
