'This self-acclaimed hotel closed a year ago in a totally run-down state. Some four months ago it was bought by a new (US citizen) owner who is trying to rebuild the place. Currently there is one room that looks quite okay, however there is no reception, no personnel apart from a local housekeeper. The problem starts with the entrance. 'The manager Emilio was an amzing guy very friendly and wanting to help. The location is wonderful!The house is great, but it needs an update, the bathroom is bad. The house is back to basic, which is fine. But we hoped for a hammock or some lounging chairs outside and we thought the house was frontline, but it was the second house.'

'I can not say enough about our stay. Its one of the highest placed properties allowing some breath taking views but still close to town. There were five in our group and the only complaint was that we were not staying there longer. We will definitely will be returning to Casa Cooper. I also can not say enough about the Cooper's team. Special thanks to our hostess Vilma truly an angel. Anything you need they will get. My family is very thankful to all of you. '

Birds and sometimes monkeys and iguanas coming close.The next door hotel is not functioning, so the place is quite calm.Swimming in the Laguna is a incredible treat!Unfortunately 'La Giralda' really needs investment and renovation.The air conditioning is so noisy that it is impossible to use. "Hotel op zich is een fijn hotel, met veel ruimte en veel service. De locatie is erg handig voor het vliegen. Wij kozen deze en niet die tegenover het vliegveld omdat deze wel kamers voor vier personen heeft. Verder is er een heel groot zwembad en een onder bad, onze kids gebruikten beiden. Kamer was schoon maar een beetje verouderd. Ontbijt is erg ruim en veel gezonds en lekkers te bieden."
