« Check-in took more than an hrs. Electronic check-in didn't work. Signage to get around casinos is HORRIBLE with few ppl around to ask directions from. Not everyone wants to spend time on their app trying to figure out ur systems. »

« My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. »

« Upon arrival, the gentleman who greeted us was extemly nice and professional. However, he didnt know wich room or area we were staying in. He asked if we were staying in the Farm house we said yes. He then began to ask if we were sure we wanted to stay in that room since it was two bedrooms and there was only two of us. (Absolutely this is what we paid for.) « We had a wonderful stay at Eileen of Mystic. The place is absolutely beautiful, with tasteful paintings and decor. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and inviting. Josh and Erin were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was truly unique and delicious, a highlight of our stay. Overall, the experience felt just like being at home. Highly recommended! »

« very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...
