'Check-in took more than an hrs. Electronic check-in didn't work. Signage to get around casinos is HORRIBLE with few ppl around to ask directions from. Not everyone wants to spend time on their app trying to figure out ur systems.'

'The resort is large, and very beautiful. There are loads of restaurant choices, from Subway and pizza to upscale restaurants by famous chefs. We ate dinner at Hell's Kitchen, and it was fantastic. We had lunch at Martha Stewart's Bedford, and it was quite good. The spa is lovely, the pool and hot tubs were sooo relaxing, and Lisa, my masseuse was wonderful. I was there with my sisters, we had adjoining rooms, and we had a fantastic time!'

'Bed was super uncomfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the people talking through the walls. Soap and shampoo are poor quality.'

'My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. '

'You need to clean up your parking lot . It’s dirty and it stinks. That’s why I give a 4 star on condition of the property. Your staff need to be trained more with customer service. Some of them looks serious and don’t have welcoming personalities '

'We had a wonderful stay at Eileen of Mystic. The place is absolutely beautiful, with tasteful paintings and decor. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and inviting. Josh and Erin were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was truly unique and delicious, a highlight of our stay. Overall, the experience felt just like being at home.
