'Excellent staffs!'

'The staff’s comments at the desk were somewhat unprofessional. He informed me that if I take anything from the room, I will be charged for it. My question is whether I appear to be a thief. The sink in my room had a hole, and it looked substandard. The snack vending machine was not functioning. In the morning, breakfast was scheduled to begin at 7:00 AM, but it was not ready, which was disappointing. The staff’s demeanor is somewhat unfriendly. '

'The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was in a good location with plenty of parking. The breakfast was hot and plenty of options. If we are in this area again we would stay here.'

'The room was big and clean but the TV remote is really hard to figure out. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. The free breakfast may have been good but things were constantly run out of everyday unless you get up and go eat at 6:30am. Wherever the items for breakfast come from the delivery is horrendous because items were constantly not there or a very limited quantity. The kitchen staff should be commended for dealing with everything as they do. Either change who your supplier...

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...
