'Nicholas was awesome at prompt communication. The Creek Retreat was decorated with a cabin feel that was very warm and welcoming. Very family friendly atmosphere and pet friendly. We choose this place because they accepted pets and looked like it had a nature feel which it did. '

'Check in process a little cumbersome and first time I’ve had to use an automated system to capture a picture of my ID. But other than that, everything was great! House is as advertised and well stocked. Check out process was very easy and host checked in on us a couple of times to make sure things were going well. '

'Multiple rooms, lots of game choices, most of all the pool for the kids! Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! 'The host were very responsive and went above & beyond for my stay here. The accommodated for us to have a gender reveal party. The host even went and bought some golf balls for us to be able to hit. "Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat doorgelegen. "
