« The temperature in my room was 17° and never went above 18° despite my request. So a fan was snoring all night. The shower was cold too. and the light was dim at night. I was afraid of crossing a polar bear! Location is great if you attend an event at Telford International. »

« Visiting in my own I stayed 3 nights at Prince Rupert. Fantastic location right in the centre. I had a lovely friendly welcome, the staff at the desk were very helpful. The room is nice, small but very clean tea/coffee making facilities, very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Good breakfasts. I had a couple of dinners at the restaurant - very friendly, good food. My only complaint is the horrible Richard Claydermanish music in the restaurant! Thank you for my nice stay. »

The staff are warm and friendly - all on duty over our stay need to be commended for their commitment to ensure guests feel looked after! « L'hôtel est une belle et grande maison au milieu de la campagne, tres accessibke en voiture et bien desservie par Uber. La gare est a 20 mn de voiture avec des liaisons regulieres pour Londres, en 90 mn. Tres bon emplacement pour des vacances au calme. Le petit dejeuner est délicieux. »
