This terrific 2 bedroom, 1 bath upper apartment of a duplex has upgraded flooring, kitchen and bathrooms. Near one of Newport's best surfing beaches and just steps to the sand. The perfect beach house for a family vacation. Only 4 houses from the sand. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with everything you need for your home away from home.



Entering the front Dutch door, you step into the living room with vaulted ceilings, living area and a flat screen TV. Heading toward the front of the property, you will find a sliding door leading to a patio with a bbq, table, chairs and umbrella.



Stepping back in the property there is a quaint dining table just off of the all-white, newly remodeled kitchen. Stacked laundry unit is just off the living room, a convenience not always found in beach homes.



2 bedrooms each with queen beds and 1 full bathroom in the hall way. No sleeper sofa.



1 parking spot in a shared garage with the front lower unit. The garage is very small and tight. COMPACT CARS ONLY, larger cars will have to find street parking. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be a tight fit. Additional free parking be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets but can be challenging sometimes at the beach.

Other Things to Note:

-This is an upper unit above the garage. You must climb a flight of stairs to access unit. Unit itself is all one level.

-You get 1 parking spot in a shared garage with front lower unit. It's a very small and tight garage. Only 2 small cars will fit and even then it will be tight. Additional free parking be found on the surrounding neighborhood streets if your car does not fit. Parking is sometimes a challenge at the beach.
