☀ Last chance for Winter! 3 bedroom 2 bath home just 100 steps from the sand near Lifeguard Tower 51, this home offers two reserved parking spots, private furnished patio with BBQ and fire pit, plus bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the perfect getaway. So easy to relax on the sand and ran back home for lunch or snack refills and potty breaks! We are close enough to walk or ride to the pier for food or shopping, but far enough that you dont get the traffic and crowds around the public parking areas! Happy to answer any questions or share some of our families favorite things to do when we are there!

We tried to give our home a beachy chic vibe. It is a great location at a great price and we are so happy that so many families return every year to make those special memories just like we have with our children!

Place was perfect for our family of six, sooooooo close to the ocean! We were mainly there for DL (25 min), and this was a great jumping off point. But we could have easily enjoyed a week just hanging locally at the beach, pier, etc! On a rainy week, very glad for the washer and dryer, which got a workout!

The property is in a great location and is comfortably furnished. Unfortunately, it is on the ground floor and two nights we were awakened about 4-4:30am by what sounded like someone walking around in clogs and moving furniture. Where they cleaning between renters? That should definitely be improved.

We loved how close this place is to the beach - just a quick walk! The beach amenities were such a nice touch, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. It’s also an easy walk to shops and the grocery store, which made everything super convenient.Bring coffee pods (or ground coffee) and earplugs if you’re sensitive - the neighborhood is lively and the houses are close together, so you’ll hear the everyday sounds of people and beach life.We’d definitely stay here again!

If it’s a quiet 5 star hotel you’re looking for keep looking. But if you want a casual, fun, relaxing beach stay this is for you! A vintage Newport duplex with all its quirks and fun vibe.the properties are all in close proximity; the weekend energy is palatable. The property is well equipped In every way; Bikes, beach chairs, kitchen tools, BBQ, on site parking and a comfortable cross breeze when the front door and slider are open. It’s located on the north end of the peninsula (my preference) which has much less traffic and congestion but easy access to the pier, Fun Zone, PCH and great restaurants. The location is just steps to the sand with lifeguard stations. The back patio is a plus! We were a family of five adults in town for a UCI graduation and enjoyed our four night stay. I would not hesitate to book again.

The home was a bit dated but comfortable and had everything you need. It is in a great location, just steps to the beach (120 steps to be exact, lol). There were a few minor inconveniences, the light in the dining room didn't work. And several of the outlets wouldnt work but we managed. Would absolutely stay here agsi !

Great Location!

Location was conveniently close to the beach . . . a short 100 yard walk. We were able to experience the ocean without having to drive and park. The three bedrooms were adequately furnished and the beds were comfortable.The host was extremely accommodating and replied to messages quickly. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Annual "Nana" trip with grandsons

This was our first trip to Newport. Condo location is fabulous with the added bonus of off-street parking. Stephanie was extremely responsive and helpful with a few inquiries we had. Beach was close enough to spend the day and run back to condo for breaks often. Kitchen is well equipped. Everything is as described. We hope to make this our new annual destination.

Perfect location in Newport!

Loved our stay in Newport Beach! The house is only one house back from the beach, and a short bike ride to the Newport Beach boardwalk. Absolutely perfect location for our California vacation! Super awesome to have garage and driveway parking, which is a hot commodity in the Newport area. House had several bikes, beach chairs, a couple boogey boards, wagon and beach umbrella. Nice to have a washer and dryer too. The house had all the pots, pans, and eating utensils necessary to cook and eat at home. No spices or things for cooking, though, which was fine, since we didn't plan on cooking any major meals. Price was right, and the homeowner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thanks so much!

Newport Beach in November

Great place and location. The only negative, which the owner clearly warned us about is being able to hear the upstairs renters - Really well... Music, footsteps and chairs were super loud even without my hearing aids :) So, if the renters are into staying up until 4:00am like ours did on Friday then you might as well go join them because getting sleep is not going to be much of an option.

Great location, lots to do.

We enjoyed our stay. Mere steps to the beach to lay out or just sit and have a tea. Close to Newport and Balboa with tons of places to eat, drink, and play games. We even took the ferry for a few bucks. There was a fire pit in the back that came in real handy. Place was clean and well equipped with everything you need. There were bikes and beach toys to use whenever we wanted. Host responded to all our questions promptly at all times (not too late).
